Purpose
Outlook Calendar Sync is a personal desktop utility that synchronizes events from an authorized Outlook calendar to a designated Google Calendar.
Authorized use
Users must have permission to access and synchronize the calendar information concerned and must comply with any applicable workplace, organization, Microsoft, and Google policies.
Synchronization effects
The utility may create or update Google Calendar events. The user is responsible for reviewing configuration, keeping appropriate backups, and verifying results. Outlook source events are intended to remain unchanged.

This personal-use tool is provided “as is,” without any guarantee of availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free synchronization.
Changes and discontinuation
The developer may modify or discontinue the tool. Users may stop using it and revoke the Google authorization at any time.
